Robert Rogalski is a Senior Consultant with GraceWorks Ministries. Rogalski is a leading national expert on how Christian Schools raise annual funds, and is presently writing his second book on this topic. Bob has served Christian schools his entire three-decade career, including two overseas assignments in Hong Kong and New Delhi, India. Bob has served as a principal or superintendent at:
• Elthingville Lutheran School - Staten Island, New York
• St. Paul's Lutheran School - New Orleans, Louisiana
• Martin Luther School - Phoenix, Arizona
As a fundraising principal, Rogalski has been deeply involved with all aspects of fund development for over two decades. In 1983, he founded the Development Center for Christian Schools, a non-profit organization to strengthen existing Christian schools and start new ones. His quarterly newsletter, Ask For It!, has been read by thousands of principals and administrators for over a decade. Hundreds of
Christian schools have successfully utilized Rogalski's Grandparents' Day Kit, as well as his annual fund workbook.
Rogalski has conducted numerous Christian school-related consultations and seminars for the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, and for the Association of Christian Schools International.
Bob has a Bachelors Segree from Concordia College, River Forest, and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from the University of New Orleans. In 1985, he was named a National Distinguished Principal by the U.S. Department of Education. He is the Past President of the Arizona Council for the Advancement of Private Education.
Bob and his wife, Mirka, recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. They have two children, Ty and Ronica.
