those two words best describe GraceWorks' Founder and President. Dan Krause has served
non-profits his entire 22-year career, including 17 years of full-time
fund development, 15 capital stewardship campaigns, and over $21
million raised. Krause's areas of expertise include
Capital Stewardship, Non-Profit Capital Campaigns, Feasibility Studies,
Major Gifts, Marketing and Leadership Renewal.
A product of a Christian elementary school, Grace Lutheran, Fargo , ND
, Krause started working professionally with Christian schools in 1988.
He credits his father,
Eugene, for instilling his deep passion for the success of Christian
schools.

is widely known in Lutheran circles for his practical and pioneering

and President of the Lutheran Development Center, Rogalski has

Bruce Webb
Vice President for Capital Campaigns
Bruce Webb has worked with many great churches
across America and has personally conducted over 300 successful
stewardship campaign s, raising about a third
of a billion dollars.
Since 1982, he has worked with churches of various denominations and
sizes to raise millions of dollars to build new buildings, purchase
land, retire debt, and expand ministries.
Bruce has been active in Christian Ministries Management
Association and National Association of Church Business
Administration.
Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Bruce attended Chaminade College in
Hawaii and Cameron University in Oklahoma, majoring in Business
Administration. In 1969, he began working in banking where he served as
an Assistant Vice-President, Executive Vice-President, and President of
banks in Kentucky and Colorado. In 1978, Bruce began his Christian
ministry. He served as Business Administrator at Crystal Evangelical
Free Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he was certified as Fellow
in Church Business Administrators. While in Minneapolis, his
church began plans for expansion. Bruce was active in all phases of
planning for the building. I n 1981, he helped lead the church in a
highly successful capital giving campaign. In 1982, Bruce decided to
work full-time to help churches around the country in their capital
giving campaigns.
Bruce and his wife, Lynda, reside in Fort Collins, Colorado.
They have five children: three daughters and two sons a s
well as six grandchildren, five
boys and one girl. They are members of Discovery Fellowship Church in
Fort Collins, and have been especially active in music
ministry, church planting
and evangelistic outreach. Bruce also served on the Finance Board of
the Rocky Mountain District for the Evangelical Free Church of America
and as Chairman of the Free Church Laymen’s Fellowship.

Dave Domsch
Marketing Studies

Kansas City, one of the nation's oldest and most respected
consultancies to non-profits.
Domsch's
expertise in market research is particularly valuable to GraceWorks,

in conducting on-site interviews.
Dave

McClintock

Strategic Partner Tom
McClintock demonstrates GraceWorks' commitment to bring innovation and
new ideas from other industries to marketing Christian schools.
In
addition to co-founding NSI Partners, an ecommerce and web marketing
provider, Tom co-founded NC, Inc., a $22 million dollar wireless and
web content company. There
he built and ran a sales department that surpassed all monthly goals
and won clients such as Sprint, CBS, Cox Communications, and Accenture.
Prior
to that, Tom was Senior Consultant and Director of Marketing and
Operations for the Peer-Scape® (at Deloitte & Touche,
LLP) where he launched high technology products in the financial
services and telecommunications industries.
