those two words best describe GraceWorks' Founder and President. Dan Krause has served
non-profits his entire 22-year career, including 17 years of full-time
fund development, 15 capital stewardship campaigns, and over $21
million raised. Krause's areas of expertise include
Capital Stewardship, Non-Profit Capital Campaigns, Feasibility Studies,
Major Gifts, Marketing and Leadership Renewal.
A product of a Christian elementary school, Grace Lutheran, Fargo , ND
, Krause started working professionally with Christian schools in 1988.
He credits his father,
Eugene, for instilling his deep passion for the success of Christian
schools.

Mr. Rogalski has consulted over 300
schools in the past twenty years in all areas of financial
development, marketing, starting new schools and master
planning.
He frequently speaks at large
educational conferences plus smaller groups of principals,
teachers and school boards.
Bob
was one of the first non-public school administrators to receive
the National Distinguished Principal award from the United
States Secretary of Education, at a special ceremony in
Washington, D.C.

Thomas B.
McClintock
Adjunct for

Strategic partner Tom
McClintock demonstrates GraceWorks' commitment to bring innovation and
new ideas from other industries to marketing Christian schools.
In
addition to co-founding NSI Partners, an ecommerce and web marketing
provider, Tom co-founded NC, Inc., a $22 million dollar wireless and
web content company. There
he built and ran a sales department that surpassed all monthly goals
and won clients such as Sprint, CBS, Cox Communications, and Accenture.
Prior
to that, Tom was Senior Consultant and Director of Marketing and
Operations for the Peer-Scape® (at Deloitte & Touche,
LLP) where he launched high technology products in the financial
services and telecommunications industries.

Ron has thirty years of higher education administrative experience, including experience at the senior vice-presidential, vice-presidential, academic dean, director, and departmental levels in public and/or private higher education. Proven record of institutional fund-raising experience, with verifiable records set in annual operations, capital, planned giving, and special projects. Strong commitments to collegiality, collaborative team-building, servant leadership models, and business-industry/non-profit partnerships in a Christian liberal arts context. Validated experience in strategic planning, budgetary forecasting, and a validated commitment to growth and assessment of team members.
Academic credentials include an earned doctorate, over twenty articles in academic journals and fifty articles on general business topics in varied publications, editorships of a refereed international journal, an applied university business journal, and a statewide/regional business educational journal. Selection as United States Researcher of the Year (Ralph Tyler Research Award). Business teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate teaching levels (top student ratings) in marketing and education disciplines.
